He was attentive until he got me to agree to expensive implant with dental plate now the needs repair which was paid for in package I bought now he wants to schedule it nearly 3 weeks out. Who wants to walk around for 3 weeks needing snap replacement for I’ll fitting dentures!By the way they conveniently forget to tell you that snaps have to be replaced and cost each piece!

Hard to believe I'm giving a dentist 5 stars. I've had SEVERE dental anxiety all my life and finally in my late 40s, I had to have MAJOR dental restoration done. It took a year and today, I received my last implant. I can't say enough about Dr. Germany's staff - Kaysey, Patty and Donna held my hands for this long process; they encouraged me, hugged me, loved me and finally, today, cried with me as we celebrated the incredible results. I even had my new teeth cleaned by Jennifer before I left! (She is so sweet!)

In the last year, I have gone from a woman who covered her mouth when she smiled (which was rarely) to someone who smiles and laughs all the time and its due to the Germany dental team. We did it all - bone grafts, crowns and implants over the last year and I can tell you with all honesty, it was with NO pain. Some of the procedures were under sedation (two) but as I grew less fearful and more confident in the team at Germany, I was able to sit in the chair without shaking, without sweaty palms and without (ok, with less) fear. I would encourage anyone that shares the anxiety of going to the dentist to go see these amazing people. You will leave feeling like someone hears your fears, that someone wants to make it better and that you are starting down a new road.

I can finally open my mouth at the regular doctor and say "ah" and not feel humiliation at what he must be thinking when he looks inside my mouth. I can smile at my children, I can laugh with my husband and I can EAT whatever I want to with no pain! And its because I took the first step and made the call to Germany Dental and told George Ann that I was a coward and I needed a dentist for cowards. That was a year ago and TODAY, I walked out of that office with a HUGE smile and a mouthful of beautiful teeth.

Thank you Dr. Germany, Dr. Welch and especially, thank you Kaysey, Patty and Donna. Thank you for holding my hands and helping me walk this path. You have truly changed my life.

Visited for tooth whitening procedure. Jennifer was very kind and explained each step including how long each process took and what was to be expected. I was made very comfortable and the results were great.

I went to Dr Germany to have my wisdom tooth removed. I was nervous when I arrived but all of the staff was very kind and put me at ease. Dr germany talked me through the whole process and really made me feel comfortable. I would and have recommended family and friends. I will never use another dentist again

Dr. Germany was GREAT! I arrived early for my appointment, and they brought me back before my scheduled time. Dr. Germany was really nice and helped me even though I was a bit nervous about coming to the dentist for the first time in a long time. He really calmed me down, and even though his office was busy, he took time to talk to me about my treatment. Definitely going to tell my friends about Dr. Germany!

Dr Germany has advertising that promises pain free. First he told my son he could straighten his teeth with invisalign only to demand full payment upfront and he never mentioned that it would be extremely painful and he would get NO pain medication. My son has played ball with broken hands; dislocated shoulders...his staff told him to "Man up"... Germany is rude and once he has your money doesn't even bother to try and have a bedside manner. We could not finish treatment and went to another dentist only to find that putting invisalign on my son was a total waste as he was not a canidate. Germany doesn't care because he got his 4K. I went in the first time my son did as well. He was going to charge me 700 to clean my teeth. Told me it was my gums.... I went to another dentist who said my gums were fine and charged the usual fee and the 700 was AFTER my insurance...yeah right...this guy is a joke folks
