Have been going to Dr. Kent Kistler for going on 15 years for treatment of Spasmodic Torticollis, a motion disorder. Highly recommend. Been to others who did not know how to treat the disorder. He is very professional & knowledgeable.

Dr. Kisller is very professional. Treated me with respect. He answered all of my questions and gave solutions to my medical problems. He is very personable with interactions with me. I have been going to him since 2002. I have never had any reason to distrust him.

In my opinion Dr. Kistler was professional and diagnosed my rare condition within minutes of speaking with me. I could see in his eyes that he cared about me and was concerned that he couldn't relieve my pain at that moment. His staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to do whatever they could to assist me. He's probably just misunderstood.

Seemed uncaring, didn't feel the need to even discuss the many problems I am experiencing. I was referred by a primary doctor. This was wasted time. I waited 5 weeks for a useless appointment. Not sure what he was thinking. He offered no diagnosis or treatments. Not even sure why he bothered seeing me. I'm in no better place medically today than without the visit. I figured for sure he would suggest some tests or have some ideas what is causing my problems, that's why I was referred to a Neurologist, to get answers....not to leave feeling like my change hit me in the back of the head on my way out the door. Very frustrated and disgusted.

I've visited Dr Kistler off & on since 2004. I found him to be precise, informative and professional. I wanted and got a good doctor, I don't want a babysitter as some of these others seem to say.

I took my 83 year old mother to him. Found him very helpful and understanding. And explained to me in depth what is happening with her memory, about the tests he was going to have scheduled and why.

I question this man's sanity -- how does he expects to keep patients when he's so incredibly rude to them? He once told me it wasn't his job to answer my questions. His cruelty has left me in tears as he abruptly exited the exam room. He is arrogant and he made me feel like a waste of his time. I had an MRI of my brain several weeks ago and have not yet heard from him or his staff re: the results. I've known a lot of physicians in my life (my father was one), but nothing like this one. No bedside manner at all.
