Rude, unprofessional, refuse to trea pain with steriod injection or nerve block. In my opinion did not care if you were in pain. Waited one hour to see him. He neeeds mental therapy in my opinion. Staff was rude.

This man was the most unprofessional doctor I have been to. I took my 81 year old mother to an appointment today where he proceeded to yell at her for asking questions. My Mother is hard of hearing and asked him to please speak up. Nobody should ever be treated the way this man treats his patients. I will be getting her records transferred immediately. Do not take your loved ones to this doctor - he is abusive.

Dr. Kistler was unprofessional and dismissive toward me. When I asked questions he would often reply with ridicule. When I described symptoms he shrugged and would abruptly end appointments by exiting the exam room, leaving me to find my way out of his office. He made no notes of my symptoms or issues, and his opinions changed to opposites from one visit to the next, leading me to feel that he was not knowledgeable with my condition. Even with limited options this is not a doctor I wish to see. His office staff was very pleasant and they were very punctual although I would often wait longer than one would expect for the Doctor to see me.
