I have been a patient here since I was born and I have never waited so long or felt like my time is important. I just missed a call that was scheduled for "after two" which mind you. gets the call 3:45. I work, he knows this. I couldn't answer as I was on a different level really quickly, he leaves a message saying we had an appointment. call the office if I still need it. I call the office over 10 times and straight to a closed office message with no option to leave a message. I am beyond frustrated. I have waited hours in the clinic to see him in the past or any doctor in the shared clinic before it closed. I have responsibilities as well as needing to take care of myself but it's like my time is of no consequence. I have also waited close on 4 weeks for this vague telephone appointment, 4 weeks! Can't even get a refill for my prescriptions without booking months in advance and then the call is super late and somehow I give the impression I don't need the appointment. Really...

Sometimes can be delay in appointment due to drawn out earlier appointments.. You get the same attention as well, so if you go in for 1, expect to be there until 2:30.

Dr. Sutton is the most amazing physician ever. He is super knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He will never rush you out of his office and knows all the right questions to ask. His receptionist -Barb is kind and very accommodating. It’s too bad that poor reviews of the office staff at his previous location still affects his rating. Kelly is also very sweet, kind and a fabulous nurse.

He himself was a good doctor last time i seen him. been trying to get in touch for months with no success. had to go to other walk-in doctor on blackmarsh and its not ideal. the specialist is giving me a hard time about it since it makes a difference when its not your family doctor apparently. I don't know how someone can review him good just a couple days ago.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Sutton for over 10 years now and he is the BEST Dr we have ever had. He is patient and very understanding, and doesn’t give up on you and any medical problems you may have. He is one of the few that follows up with any test results he gets back, and will keep seeking help for you by referring you to specialist until you get the answer/cure that you need. If you see him in person for an appt, don’t be surprised if he is running 30-45 min behind…. It’s because he takes the time to listen to his patients and doesn’t rush them out the door. He is well worth the wait for sure. And you won’t get an appt to see him very soon… it’s usually a 2 week wait but sometimes you can get lucky and get an appt right away if he has a cancellation that day…. Although that is very rare. And Barb, his receptionist, is great as well! Bravo to you both!!
