I had struggled to find a great doctor for years till I came to Dr. Rink. I have been coming to see her for the last ten plus years. Glad to know she has diagnosed me right, where other Doctors have failed me, the first time she had the chance to do it. She is very knowledgeable and professional in how she conducts her business and goes above and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor and I have everyone in my family seeing her and they all are very happy they made the right decision to start seeing Doctor Rink. Her staff also is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful professionals in every aspect of their jobs.

Dr. Rink has always treated me with the utmost respect. I never felt rushed. She always took the time to listen to me. My health was very important to her. It only took a couple of months for her to figure out the best medications for me to take. medication is one of the hardest to figure out since most of the time it's hit or miss. She has recommended other Dr.'s to me and I also would rate them 5 stars. She really cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone. Best Dr I have ever had.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rink’s for at least 15 years and I would recommend her to anyone who needs compassion knowledge and time enough to tell about their issue. They may have to wait sometimes because sometimes people need more help than the five minutes every other doctor gives them, and I don’t mind because I know if I need more time I’m going to get it from this doctor.

Everyone waited 1+ hour, and she gave me a prescription with only 5 minutes of talking when I suggested I may have anxiety and she gave me over a year’s worth of meds without any further information or tests. Even after I mentioned I have family that have had serious mental side effects to medications like this and I had concerns. She was also very rude to the nurse in the room and chewed her out in front of me, very unprofessional especially after the nurse had been so polite and professional and she and I had been friendly and had no problem. She also ridiculed my choice of insurance (I am on a family plan that I can’t control) and somewhat mocked what we had even though it’s honestly perfectly fine for our needs. I felt she was just behind and overbooked and rushing to get through her patients and she’s testy with her staff and rude to them as well as her patients. I will be seeking a new doctor after this visit.

Dr Rink has treated my entire family and I would go no where else. Very knowledgeable , great diagnostician, she may run late at times but she will give you the same time and respect to carefully listen to you.

She is the worst doctor that I have ever met! My husband was in Our Lady Of Lourdes this January of 2017 and she was supposedly the physician who was to be following him the reason I say supposedly was that she never bothered to even see him the first three days that he was there! For this reason we had my husband transferred to Jefferson! She only came to see him when we needed her to sign off so that he could transfer to another hospital! She was extremely rude and arrogant! In fact she refused to sign off on him! The situation was so bad that we had to contact the CEO of the hospital on a Sunday evening who couldn't believe how this doctor was behaving! We were switched to a different doctor who then signed off so we could leave this hospital. I have been a nurse for 28 years and have never encountered such an unprofessional physician! My advice do not ever go this doctor!
