Dr John O'Day was treating my mother in 1977. She was suffering from an inner ear infection. While under Dr O'Days care, in his Dover, NH office, her inner ear infection progressed into mastoiditis. Germaine Labbe Davis, died of mastoiditis in 1977. I was and still am broken hearted by this unnecessary loss of my Mother's life. She suffered terribly in the last few months of her life.

I have no idea what king of ENT specialistDr. O’Day might be but his staff is horrible. Nearly every call goes to voice mail and the calls are not returned. Don’t waste your time trying to get an appointment here.

Completely butchered my and my 3 friends nose surgeries for deviated septum. I would not recommend going to his practice for anything.

Went to him for sinus problems. No help at all. Tried different meds & that was it - basically said there was nothing else he could do to help me. Still have headaches daily due to sinus issues. Other sinus issues too but the headaches make daily tasks difficult

Dr. O'Day is really never to be seen. He does your operation and then a pA will do all the follow up. His staff is extremely rude and they get it from Dr. O'day himself. Dr. O'Day call my house on a holiday Monday and accidently accused me and my wife of "requesting narcotics" After explaining he has us confused with another patient and we have never called, he did not have the decency to apologize. His answer was, "well that is what my notes say".He was very rude to me and my wife. We informed the doctor that he could not talk to us in the tone he had and he told us that he can speak with us however he feels. We strongly feel due to the nature of the call and the tone of Dr. O'Day that he was extremely intoxicated and we called the NH board of Medicine. DO NOT USE THIS DOC!!!

Fabulous doctor, diagnosed me correctly immediately after being misdiagnosed for 3.5 months and 2 other doctors. Problem was addressed, eventually surgery was performed (we tried all other options first) and I feel better than I have in years. HIGHLY recommend him.
