Being seeing Dube for over 20 years. Great Doctor, however his staff ( the women that work the front office) need to learn about customer service. I would rate them at Zero.
They never answer the phone and when they do, they say things have been done i.e. scripts called in, blood work scheduled etc... but its never done for up to sometimes a week later.
I wish he knew how much the support staff has hurt his practice

Dr Dube was my family doctor for over 22 years. Still would be if we hadn;t moved to Nevada. My experience with he and his staff have always been positive. I found him to be thorough and knowledgeable and very personable. I miss the care i received there compared to how it is in NV :(

I waited for AN HOUR only to be cussed out by the doctor because someone else flooded the bathroom and i was the one who let them know. They did NOTHING until CONSTANT COMPLAINTS sent someone to clean it up 30 MINUTES later! Worst expierence i have EVER had at a Dr. appt!

Dr Dube has his own office again after having worked for the local medical conglomerate for a time. I have always liked the fact that he will spend as much time as needed with a patient, but while in the employ of the conglomerate, he was constantly pressured to get patients out the door as fast as possible. I see him monthly, and would not go elsewhere unless he went out of business or retired. I have had an occasional issue with his staff, but they are always friendly and try to be helpful. wait times can ne annoying, but many, including me, feel he's worth waiting for. I once sat in the waiting room and overheard another patient complaining about the wait time. I asked why this person didn't go somewhere else...the reply was "It's Dr Dube, I couldn't possibly go anywhere else".

My father has been in the care of Dr. Dube for several years and values his service. Several times when Daddy felt he had a medical situation, his staff made efforts to get him in to see Dr. Dube that day or ASAP. His nurse also returned my calls when I needed to keep abreast of his condition since I live out of town. The staff also keeps up with the paperwork required for his medication and VA benefits filings. Daddy is checked every 2-3 mos due to the condition of his health. The care he receives makes a difference and extends his quality of life.

Have been seeing Dr. Dube for years! I wouldn't see anyone else. When I was living in miami, I would drive up to see him. Not many doctors care like Dr. Dube has cared year after year!! His staff is wonderful! Like every doctors office, it can be difficult to get someone on the phone, but I have always been called back if I leave a message.

You can't even get a live person on the phone - it's all automated and you must leave a message then you're lucky if they get back to you by the next day! I have even tried "0" and just get the message that I dialed wrong. There is only one good/nice/helpful person on the staff and she only works part time. When you do get in you're treated as though you are a bother and you don't get a thorough exam. I have gone back to him several times for the same symptoms and he refuses to test to see what's wrong - I'm just told to change my diet (I'm not overweight and eat very healthy) and see if that works - but doesn't ask what I do eat. He has spent less than 5 minutes with me each visit. If you need prescription refills - the staff YELLS at you and gets nasty for calling them - you're told to have your pharmacy do it electronically but if your pharmacy isn't on the same program you have no choice but to call and it takes several days of non stop messages to get the script!
