I went to Dr. Jaffe because of a recommendation and his good reviews, and I was not disappointed. I had a skin issue that my primary care doctor could not figure out. Dr. Jaffe treated me, and now the problem is gone. I would go to him again if needed.

Doctor was over an hour late. Office staff is rude and unhelpful and they wouldn't even send a prior authorization to the pharmacy in under 4 weeks. Waste of my time. Do not bother with this office.

This was a second opinion. I was accurately diagnosed right away and treated before my condition got any worse. The 1st doctor I went to was practically clueless. I found office staff to be friendly and helpful.

I have seen both the PA and Dr. Jaffe. They are both phenomenal. Dr. Jaffe treated me 1st, when condition under control I saw PA for followups. Everyone in office was very helpful and genuinely friendly. They are busy, but my longest wait was about 20 minutes. When I called for 1st appointment the receptionist told me about Princess so there are no surprises. I will never go to a different dermatologist and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Excellent care and attention.

while the doc himself is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable i rarely got to see him through the years. the most objectionable part of this practice is the unfriendly, abrupt (bordering on rude) front desk. i am now traveling 25 minutes longer to see a wonderful doctor whose staff is warm, cordial, helpful and the longest i have to wait is 10 minutes as opposed to over an hour
