I have severe sinus headaches. He ordered a cat scan. Told me to have my eye teeth looked at. Prescribed Levocetirizine and said see you in 6 months. I went to the dentist and nothing wrong was found. He still uses film to look at cat scans. Very old school. I've spoke to two others since I saw him. He prescribe the same meds to them too and they mentioned that someone else they knew on are the same meds from him. Maybe that's okay, but seemed odd to me that everyone would get the same meds. I won't be back. It seemed like he was following a script and wasn't interested in getting to the source of the problem.

Dr. Kennedy is professional, knowledgable, and does an amazing job. I have been his patient for 10+ years and at 25, it'll be a very sad day when he retires!! He will get you in even on a busy schedule when needed and always solves the issues at hand. I have seen multiple other ENT's and after finding him I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I had to. He is straightforward and knows his stuff, personally I don't want a doctor who beats around the bush about my medical conditions. His office isn't some fancy area, no but are you there for the waiting room or high quality care? Highly Recommend!

I found this physician to be the most arrogant, rude physician I have ever had the misfortune
to see. He made a ridiculous error in the prescription instructions. The pharmacist was amazed at the error. I choose to never see Dr. Kennedy again.

When i walk in to the office there was no welcoming feeling. The Receptionist were not friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kennedy was not friendly to me as a new patient. I felt uncomfortable and out of place.

He got me in to see him on the first day I tried. I had a great deal of pain and he made time in his schedule to see me. I ended up needing surgery and he did an amazing job. He potentially saved my life and at the very least prevented me from contracting menengitis. The only fear I had was when I read some of these other reviews which were negative. I can say from my experience they are not accurate. At least from a perspective with ear infection and mastoiditis he is an expert and will take extraordinary care of you. I plan on continuing to see him. I trust my life with him and will continue to do so as he has earned my trust and respect due to his competency.

this bad review is based on the staff and the customer service there. I rescheduled an appointment back in April and came in on April 10th. In november they called and was super rude telling me i have to pay for a no show...

I went to Dr. Kennedy several years ago because of chronic problems clearing my ears. He put me on decongestants for a year which didn't help. I have endured several years of pain while flying and diving. I recently went to a different doctor who found I have nasal polyps blocking my sinuses on my first visit, confirmed with a cat scan. I don't know why Dr. Kennedy didn't check this out, but it would have saved me years of pain.

This Dr. is absolutely the WORST!!! He made me believe that I needed to have my tonsils and the little flapper thingy in the back of the throat removed. He performed the surgery and NEVER came back to check on me. In fact the pre surgery nurse team were really shocked that he didn't even order an EKG test for me prior to surgery and said, "Wow he even orders these for healthy kids, but not you." That was the BIG red flag that I missed. I was in SEVERE pain post surgery and the office staff just kept telling me it was normal for that type of surgery and just kept upping my dose of percocet. My pain was so high, my blood pressure was like 200+ over 100+, way to high and dangerous, but that JACK... didn't care at all. I ended up at the hospital 3 times after surgery which they finally discovered I had developed a double double ear infection hence the pain which was worst than giving natural child birth, no lye. I would not recommend him to a dying man/woman.

Even though my diagnosis wasn't good, the staff were gracious and Dr. Kennedy has an amazing bedside manner. I have to say that I couldn't have asked for bad news from anyone more professional.
