Dr. Ross is a wonderful doctor! I was pregnant in July 2011 and had to get a d&c. I have had problems in the past which she knew about but this was my first time coming to Dr. Ross. She made everything so very easy and she truly is a gifted doctor. She takes her time with you and is extremely caring. Will personally call you back with any concerns; most of the time without you even asking for her to. I am now pregnant again and look forward to seeing her again for my upcoming appointment!

I contacted this office to make an appointment, and I was treated extremely rudely and hung up on. I can't comment on Dr. Ross herself, because I was unable to make an appointment with her, despite needing a follow-up exam. I'm looking for an OBGYN, and I called her office to make an appointment. I was told that the office would contact my previous doctor and call me back. 4 days later, I received a phone call about scheduling the appointment. They had not contacted my previous doctor, and there was some confusion on the phone about what information they needed from me. After a few minutes of confusion and miscommunication, the woman I was on the phone with HUNG UP THE PHONE on me. I unfortunately did not get her name, so I don't know which assistant to blame for this terrible treatment.

DR. ROSS IS NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. SHE'S ALWAYS IN HURRY AND SHE ONLY FOCUS ON HER PREGNANT PATIENTS.

She is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend her to everyone! She is very smart, kind and helpful... I had a baby October 2010 and it was a great experience thanks to her and her medical staff. Dr. Ross is one of a kind! Five stars all the way.
