This dr was all about making money.He was the dr who wrote the most scripts for percocet.Alot of people got addicted cause of him than he just let them go when they were coming down on him...do not recommend

I had a wonderful experience from the start. Dr Tuluca is very knowledgeable , kind and caring. My shoulder pain is gone and I now can do all my physical activities that I was unable to do for a long time. I highly recommend Dr Tuluca .
