With a chronic disease that unfortunately lands me in the ER a lot, I've gotten familiar with Dr. Brown over the years and am always pleased when my case is assigned to him. He has a fantastic way of working with patients and really respecting them on professional and personal levels. He works with your primary doctor and consults with them and you before even considering letting you go, which does sometimes prolong the stay but for a very, very good reason. He regularly checks to make sure you are comfortable and does everything he can to help you as soon as possible. He's skilled in many different areas and thinks through his diagnosis long and hard before discharging you. I really like Dr. Brown and wish he worked outside of ERs so I could have him as my primary care physician.
