I Love Dr. Sudduth! She is kind and never judges me. I feel more comfortable with her than with any doctor I have ever had. My last doctor NEVER referred me to a specialist. I would wait until she was on vacation and see someone else in the office to get a referral. Dr. Sudduth sent me to an endocrinologist and I found out I was diabetic. LOVE HER!!!

First, I like her, so I write this review reluctantly. Dr. Sudduth is fine if what you need is cookie-cutter medicine, but if you need someone who thinks outside the box, who will not just blindly follow protocol, then she might not be the doc for you. She is thorough in looking at her checklists - tests, etc - but isn't very willing to address health issues in a novel way or give much room for experimentation. She takes a while to warm up to, or for her to warm up to you, but that's just her personality. She became warmer with each visit. As I said, I like her - I just don't think she's a brilliant doctor, and I'd like to have one of those.

I had been diagnosed, by another doctor, as having had a stroke. She referred me to an outstanding Neurologist who, after looking at all the tests, said I had definitely NOT had a stroke. I had also had a persistent cough that had been misdiagnosed. She diagnosed acid reflux and within a few short days and OTC Prilosec the cough was gone (after 2 months of wracking coughing). I am so glad I changed doctors and found her. She is intelligent, compassionate and responsive.

Very abrupt and unwilling to help. Dr. Suddeth does nothing but follow a protocol and refer to specialists. She is also not forthcoming with helpful advice or diagnosis. She was my primary care MD from 2009 to 2011. During that time she coded my chart "obesity" yet NEVER once discussed it with me. She does not like discussing alternative treatments. She perscribed advil for back pain when I knew very well there were other meds that worked better. When I asked her about that, she insisted "No. There is nothing else" and that was the end of the discussion.

She is on top of all new information on health issues. I like all the online info too. I get lab tests results very quickly.

I've been pretty happy with Nicole. I wouldn't say I felt she went way above and beyond, but then, the things i've asked of her have been pretty routine, so I'm not casting judgement for that. I've felt pretty confident with her.

Dr Sudduth is an Internist, but knows nothing about thyroid disease...didn't expect her to specialize, but she had NO idea that un or undertreated thyroid disease will affect the heart rate & heart beat. She ordered thousands of dollars worth of unneeded tests. Which I am responsible for 20% of the bill! She's also very overweight, so not a mentor you'd want.

Dr Sudduth herself is satisfactory, but I am quite inclined to switch to a new provider as most of my dealings are not with her, but with her main P.A.. I would not describe myself as a hypochondriac, but she certainly makes me feel that none of my concerns are valid. If I have a problem with my prescription or any other questions this is who I must speak with and it is always unpleasant. In my opinion the P.A. is rude, unfriendly and should not be in the medical field as she is not a people person. I have heard great things about other providers and have had perfectly decent interactions with friendly and sympathetic folks at this PAMF location, but many of these doctors are no longer taking new patients. If you are someone who rarely visits the doctor and does not take any prescription meds, this may be a good fit, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
