They accept new patients as long as they DO NOT have BC/BS insurance. I was almost set up with an appointment until they discovered I have BC/BS insurance, then they declined to serve me. They said they have chosen not to accept patients with BC/BS because "they pay so slow". Seems to me they shouldn't worry as long as someone has valid insurance they WILL get paid.

The Best dentist I have ever gone to. He knows how to comunicate with his patients and does great work. Very impressed and will never go any place else.

Dr. Towsend is a fantastic dentist. The office is very well run and always a friendly atmosphere. I used to HATE going to the dentist, but Dr. Towsend and his staff have taken all of the fear, distrust and dislike out of the entire experience for both myself and my family.

Expertly trained. Takes his time. On-time. You don't wait at all. Very thorough. Ensures you are well informed and comfortable. You don't even feel his novacaine injections. Great staff! Doesn't do unneeded procedures. Personable and friendly, great conversationalist. Rejects mediocre work from supporting dental labs for crowns and bridges. He was the third dentist we tried in Billings and third time is a charm! Don't pass him up!
