Unprofessionally run Pulmonary doctors office. Office does not respond to pharmacy / patient request for refills by electronic request or phone calls not just once but every time. You can leave messages for front office, office manager, and even Dr. Young H. Lee and none of them will return call. Office manager Olga Lamas is rude, argumentative, and should not be in a facility or practice that deals with such severe illnesses. Dr. Young H. Lee and staff are unprofessional, are not efficient, neglectful to patience needs, withhold life saving medication, and risk the lives of their patients. Dr. Young H. Lee's license should be revoked and office should be closed with staff not being able to work in medical field ever again.

I have had a referral for months and his staff will not return calls or make an appointment. I've been in the hospital for asthma and desperately need to be seen but the staff doesn't seem to care.

Did not follow through with referrals for medications or to see a specialist for my rare disease.Appeared disinterested, appeared he did not understand the rare disease I had which is rare and progressive. I presented documentation to his nurse to present to whoever for my referral and had to call more than 5 times to get answers however to no avail. I was denied a specialist and denied pulm rehab for lack of medical information. This doctor did not fight for me.
