He is a great physician! He performed many tests to make sure my condition was correctly diagnosed. Once he diagnosed me he was very helpful in monitoring my health. I will continue to see him for my future issues.

False passing scores sheets for these sections of the exam were fraudulently created and made a part of the applicant's official file in the Board, thereby replacing the candidates' true failing results. This corrupt substitution of scores allowing the failing applicants to improperly complete the remaining licensing requirements and ultimately to fraudulently obtain licenses to practice medicine in Puerto Rico.

This is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. When I was his patient, he treated me with care and humanity. As opposed as other doctors that I had in the past who lack of care, knowlege and dignity. I received the care, knowledge and dignity every patient deserves while I was his patient.

A doctor who truly knows what it means to care for a patient. He treats every patient with the respect that many doctors have begun to forget. Besides genuine care he is a great doctor that was excellent at diagnosing my condition.
