Dude is a massive tool on the phone. I'm sorry our hospital is big, but hanging up on me once I offer to transfer you to the operator so they can connect you with the correct department or provider really doesn't help. It's your fault you have the wrong number for "the head of oncology" not mine.

Dr. Mack is very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. However if you are searching for "newer" birthing methods, he may not have the most up to date information. You either love him or don't. I haven't always enjoyed his bedside manner, but I do feel he is more than competent and feel comfortable under his care. He is especially known for his ultrasonography skills.
