Doctors don't return calls, difficult to schedule appointments, office staff can only be described as rude, and we have never been seen without waiting almost 30 minutes whether it's in the waiting room or the exam room. And worse, whenever office staff fills out health forms for my child, they always leave off her allergy - that is unacceptable.

Too many doctors to see; no continuity with the same physician. Doctors also come and go a lot, so there is always a new face to see and get used to. That was disconcerting to my daughter who never knew what to expect. Appointments are hard to get.

Extremely caring physicians. Saturday and evening appointments, and phone calls promptly returned. Dr. Weiser told me upon meeting me when I was pregnant that she would treat my son the way she would treat her children. She and her physicians live up to that promise - generosity with samples, lendign medical equipment to me that my insurance won't cover, and offers to come in over a holiday weekend when my son is sick. I'm extremely impressed with the level of compassion and professionalism Dr. Weiser and her team demonstrate. Dr. Robinson is a sweetheart too.

The practice is too focused on treating symptoms and not enough on diagnostics. The office staff is rude and shares their incompetence with the doctors. I would not recommend this practice and encourage families to look elsewhere for their child's healthcare.
