My daughter was mistreated by Dr Minor's office staff. They made her wait for appointments when it was obvious she was in pain. She wanted to make an appointment to get a shot in his office, but they gave her a hard time and insisted she do it in the hospital. Finally, she was scheduled for an injection in the hospital that she had waited 6 weeks for. They called while we were in the car on the way to the hospital saying that they didn't have insurance authorization. My daughter was devastated! Now she has to find a new doctor, have another MRI before he will see her, and hassle with her insurance company. This is outrageous!

The P.A. was excellent and explained things well and actually seemed interested in my receiving quality care. Didn't see much of the doctor other than the EMG tests that he performed. The office staff was the worst. Poor efficiency, lied, and were way behind on their work which delayed my receiving the injections I so badly needed for my pain. Behind every good doctor is a good office staff which Dr. Minor is not managing well obviously.
