I would never recommend this office and doctor to anyone. He doesn't do a thorough job and treats you like you know nothing. I paid out of pocket for nothing. He saw me for a shoulder issue and spouted something about my rotator cuff but said I didn't any further tests. Gave me a paper with back exercises and said that medicine doesn't help pain. I felt like he was treating me like I was lying about the pain and just wanted medicine. Nothing could be further from the truth! I am still in pain with no diagnosis and life is miserable. Do not go to this doctor, he doesn't care about anything but your money!

Everytime I see this guy there is always an extra charge my insurance won't cover. He is not rude but damn close, not going back again though. Treating me like I was a complete moron, funny I have two college degrees and graduatedcum laude and not a complete idiot when it comes to my health, just don't have a MD. Doctors like him make me want to stay home and treat myself.

This guy is horrible. So is the staff. Waited for 2 hours for pretty much be nothing. He acted like I was wasting his time. I left is office very unhappy and went to other doctor. I was running a High Fever. If Mr. Jones would have taken 5 minutes to do a real check up I wouldn't have had to wait longer to get my fever under control. This guy was rude and hateful to me. NEVER GO TO HIM.

When I started going to Dr. Jones, he was a caring and helpful doctor. But as time went on, he became crude and rude. It got where I didn't even want to go to him even when I was sick. I had other health problems that required blood to be taken and he acted like he was doing me a favor by being my doctor. I had all I could take and found another doctor for my health issues.

Dr Jones was not very understanding, and at times made me feel like he had better things to do than deal with my health. He would fuss at me about my shortcomings instead of encouraging me to do better.I finally decided that If I was paying the bill, I would find a doctor I liked better.

Dr. Phil is a wonderful doctor. I've seen him for about 12 years. He listens, very funny and uses common sense. He will help you financially whenever possibly by prescribing cheaper prescriptions if you need him to.

Same day/same week appointment. Excellent communication-listening and explaining. Caring attitude. Thorough, unrushed exam/treatment. Have used this doctor 5+years.
