Incredibly rude and inconsiderate to other staff in front of his patient. Bedside manner gets 0 stars.

Not impressed was told that family member was allergic to most blood pressure medications but started on one any way. ADA recommends follow up labs prior to treatment. HE REFUSED. was very late to appointment. Had to call 3 times to get initial appointment. Not happy with him Will look elsewhere if really needed.

By word of mouth from more than one person I've heard he has bad bedside manner but very knowledgeable. After some time he will begin to warm up to you. In the end the most important thing is making sure you have the right treatment, but there does need to be improvement bedside manner and explanations. The staff is excellent and friendly.

Dr. Arfeen is just great. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the kidneys and very well-educated. He helped my brother while he was on dialysis, and for that I will forever be grateful.

A good doctor should smile a lot,more kind & softspoken towards patient.Good communication skills are a must even at the wee hours of the day.
