Dr Testa is So Nice. he really makes it a comfortable expierence, he is honest. I have been coming to him for eight years and I would highly recommend him !

I would never consider using another cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Testa is simply the best. You would never leave looking like you're made of plastic! Barbie dolls are just that dolls not people!

I was treated by Kenneth Testa at one of City MD urgent care facilities located off of Hyland Blvd in SI. I came in for a follow-up appointment that unfortunately left a lot to be desired as far as Testa's ability to treat me with dignity and address my chief complaint as an individual patient. During assessment my complaints and concerns were overlooked despite conveying my symptoms to Testa multiple times. Nothing I said about my own body supersede what Testa memorized from his medical book. Essentially his opinion trumped my experience and the pain I was experiencing.  Aside from not taking my complaint seriously Testa was curt, opinionated (in the wrong area of his expertise), dismissive and extremely rude. Not only did he lack respect and professionalism where their should be a certain level of courtesy he also found enough time to make non-medical related comment to me during our extremely brief interaction. Testa was not attentive nor did I leave the visit anymore informed about my condition or treatment than when I walked into the clinic. Precisely nothing improved or changed prior to walking out of the office after seeing him. I asked Testa to prescribe topical analgesic to avoid the frequent usage of over the counter oral pain reliever. Testa declined my request for some additional help with pain management even when I expressed the need for some. Testa refusal for prescribing analgesic topical to assist with pain management is based off his ability to determine my level of pain better than I can. Testa also seems to know my threshold for pain better than I do. In the end he did not provide me with any medical care to treat or relieve my pain and discomfort. The visit was psychologically damaging to me and the root to the distrust in the medical community with people of color. In my experience he lacked any chair side manner and need a complete patient to medical provider personality overhaul. Maybe he is in need of a vacation to cool off some of that sassiness he could muster up with a patient before he could find it in himself to attempt to find a solution to their ailment. Prior to him walking into the room I was waiting in, I could overhear Testa interaction in the adjacent room. The way Testa spoke to the patient next door mirrored my own experience. I would not recommend anyone I know to this provider, especially a person of color.

Yes , the Center for Aesthetic Surgery is clean and modern .
Yes, parking is available
Yes, Fran and Amy are more than employees, they are part of a well oiled machine with aspects of caring parents.
No, you are not kept waiting and in the dark.
Yes, instructions and expectations are clear and realistic but.....
Dr. Testa is the most caring , skillful and yes, confident/ knowledgable doctor I have ever met !
I had my blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery) 6 weeks ago today and look 10 to 15 years younger but I look like myself! The bruising was minimal and with no pain at all. I attribute this success story to the skills and professionalism of the Center for Aesthetic Surgery staff. If your're interested in plastic /cosmetic surgery, it is worth the trip to Staten Island to experience the best. Bravo and thank you.

Dr. Kenneth Testa is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, caring, and informative. His office staff (Amy & Fran) are just as excellent, courteous and kind as he is. His expertise is unparalled. No doctor is more committed to the well being of his patients, then Dr. Testa. He is a perfectionist!!! I am confident that I am receiving the best possible care. He has great bedside manners and is a master at his craft. You enter his office as a patient and walk out as a family member. I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Testa to all of my friends and family. Great experience all around!!

I had an excellent experience using Dr. Testa for liposuction on my flanks. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and put at easy with my procedure. He answered all my questions honestly and even called to check up on me at 11 PM on the night of my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Testa and his staff with no reservation.

I am in love with this doctor & his staff. I feel like family when I have my appointments. Not only has Dr. Testa made me look 15 years younger, he goes out of his to reccommend what's best for me. He definitely loves what he does and his clients equally as much. I would highly reccommend Dr. Testa 1000 times over.

Dr. Kenneth Testa is amazing he talks you through everything, he’s not an alarmist . Great bedside manner! The staff is wonderful Fran at the front desk is Pleasant and sweet. Joy who helps out in surgery is so nice, knowledgeable and caring, the whole experience was awesome. You’re not just a number like in a factory they really care about you .
