Was a good Dr before becoming Northside but now he seems not interested in any health issues. Replies " not in my field" and am dismissed. He should retire.

He didn't let me get a word edgewise. Every time I tried to say something, he would just cut me off. It’s so frustrating ! I waited over an hour to see him. Staff was rude.

Before Dr. Le joined Northside, things were better. Since then, service has gone way downhill. The front office staff doesn’t care if you’re in pain or if it’s an emergency. NO exceptions are EVER made for you to get in to see him. They don’t allow time in their schedule for sick patient visits or problems where you might need to see him before your annual. Dr. Le is an intelligent man, very extensive. But boy, has his practice gone downhill! I'm not too fond of leaving because my whole family sees him after this last time of dealing with unsympathetic staff and not being able to see him. I’m done!

Like his explanations and best of all - knowledge. The wait time is not bad at all. I am one that will get up and leave if any appointment is over 30 minutes wait time. One time he had an emergency which put all appts behind but at least the staff explained this. I travel quite a long ways to to see him. Personally, I think he is one of the best. I have changed doctors many, many times due to long wait times. I have also changed if a physician does not seem to listen, care or doesn't seem interested in solving my problem. (What I don't like about Dr. Le's staff is being called sweetie or honey from another female) I know it is a southern thing, but I am a native GA, but cringe when another female addresses me like that, just isn't professional in my book.

Dr. Le and his office have no regard for your time. On my last appointment he kept me waiting for 45 minutes only to announce he would be another hour delayed. On previous appoinments despite being his first and only patient present, he is 30 minutes late. I required a surgical procedure and his only recommendation was to a group and when asked the name of the surgeon he didn't know and responded whoever was next up over there. After 7 years I left his practice for a more professional physician.

Dr Le has started each of my visits the same way for more than 10 years: To paraphrase,he will say, "I'm sorry I'm running late, but I wanted to make sure I answered all the other patient's questions before I left and I'll take the same time with you..." And in all the years I've never left his office with an unanswered question. He reviews my history before we meet, does a detailed examination, asks probing questions, answers mine and closes the loop in a matter of days with a detailed report of lab tests etc. The man is a bright, sincere, caring professional to whom I have referred friends and family without reservation. Truly outstanding.

The office staff are very rude We. Were treated very poorly. They do not keep track of what was recommended.

I would highly NOT recommend Dr. Long H. Le, of Roswell. I saw him a couple of times for yearly physicals, but wasn’t comfortable with the disorganization in his office. So, earlier this year, I switched to a new physician who immediately flagged a high protein level in my blood and ordered further evaluation. I was subsequently diagnosed with multiple myeloma – an incurable cancer of the bone marrow. I now have my lab results, from Dr. Le, which clearly flagged my total protein as significantly "High" in 2008 & 2010. His signature is on both lab sheets, yet nothing about this was ever mentioned to me in either summary letter.

I have been Dr. Le patient for over 5 yaers. He is one of the best doctors I have known. He listens and he follows up with written comfirmation of your conservation with him.
