I too would like to comment on Dr. Hartford... Best doctor I have ever seen. He has done so much for my mom and myself there isn't room enough here to explain. He is a doctor that truly listens to you and actually cares about how you are doing... He is professional and always positive. He makes you feel comfortable and dies not judge your situation. He changed my family by giving my mom her life back. If you need a doctor and want one who is knowledgeable, caring, genuine and who really believes in improving a patient's life Dr. Hartford would be an excellent choice. Five out of Five all day everyday.

There are not enough words to describe how caring, knowledgeable and detail oriented Dr. Hillyer is. My medical history is quite complicated and I have had many surgeries with several surgeons all related to an auto accident. I honestly and truly feel that Dr. Hillyer is the first one who has truly listened to me. His staff (ex. - Buck) is kind and very accommodating. I hope, and pray, that my family will never need a pain clinic. But if the need were to arise, I would not hesitate to recommend them to Dr. Hillyer.

I've had chronic pain for 5 years and have never had such a negative experience. As a patient with chronic pain, the office had constant loud music and strong smells that are huge triggers for me and after speaking to the staff about it after 5 visits they still weren't accommodating. I had a really hard time getting anyone to ever return my calls and when they did they weren't always professional or polite with a couple exceptions. I never felt like this doctor listened to what I was saying and what my concerns were. There was a huge struggle to try and keep my prescriptions up to date when I needed them, causing me to go sometimes weeks with absolutely nothing to help with my severe pain. I never felt listened to, I never felt like my needs were being met or even considered. My last visit included him taking a personal call while I was speaking to him about complications from a procedure and not even excusing that really unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend him.

I listed Dr. Hilyer, but specifically wanted to mention Lawrence Hartford. He is a PA that works for Dr. Hilyer. I am 48 years old and have NEVER had a kinder, more compassionate, caring medical person. He is the epitomy of a caring doctor. He has helped me so much through a work related injury that most doctors thought would incapacitate me. Because of him, I am back at work full time and functioning as a member of society. I owe it all to Buck Hartford. If he was in his own practice as an MD I would go to him over any doctor I have ever been treated by. He is the BEST!!!
