First of alI, have used this doctor for several months now and from my first visit I felt as though I was wasting my time, but wanted to at least make a few more visits before I made upy mind to find another doctor. My first visit was for a routine checkup, my wait was over an hour and almost unbearable as the waiting room filled completely up with many frustrated angry people. When I was called back no one weighed me or even took my BP. Another 27 minute wait for the doctor. Finally he came into the room introduced himself and right after that took approx. 4 phone calls. He asked me to "excuse him", with so many interruptions that I even got confused and felt rushed. The order that he wrote for me (routine bloodwork) according to the OS Imaging center had nothing to do with a checkup, it was based more on a patient that may have fit the diabetes criteria. No CBC, very strange, even I knew that was the main test for a check up. After trying for 2 weeks to get lab report I finally had to schedule another visit just to be told it disappeared. Wow, where did my personal info go??? My 1st visit cost 171.00 and my second visit cost 171.00, for nothing.
My third and final visit, I got up and left after waiting 1 hour and 11 minutes. My personal experience was not a good one at all.

He is unreliable, and rarely even examines you. I have used him for years, but I am currently looking for a new doctor. He's only there for the drug court patients and the medicare. I have been trying to get a refill on my hormone pills for over 3 weeks.

I use Gautier Medical Clinic for its convenient location, but I have seen the light! I went in this week for a sinus infection and came out scheduled for an echocardiogram and stress test (I am 40, eat a good diet, and exercise regularly). This was all based on my complaint that I felt like my medicine didn't go down right and was stuck in my esophagus. They did an EKG for this (???), which came out fine, but they still scheduled an echcardiogram and stress test, which I'm cancelling. I felt taken advantage of, to say the least. I can't imagine my insirance would pay for those things for nothing! BTW, you will rarely ever see the actual "doctor" as his nurse practitioner takes most patients.
