In July 2021 I had a mid face and neck lift. As you can imagine, I did not take this decision lightly. When I finally decided to investigate this surgery, I knew that Dr. Sullivan was the surgeon I would choose. This choice was was based on an earlier lower lid surgery he had done on me years prior and his unprecedented reputation in the medical field; he had been recommended to me by several doctors. Additionally, Dr. Sullivan is known for his natural results, his extreme expertise, quite frankly he is more of an artist than "just" a plastic surgeon. It is now almost 2 months after the surgery and I am very happy with the results. I look like myself, but with a fresher and revived glow. I do not look tight or as if I had surgery, in fact, no one who was privy to the knowledge that I had surgery can tell but to say, "you look so good". 2 weeks after surgery I was able to go out with friends and do some shopping.
Throughout the process both Dr. Sullivan and his amazing staff made certain that I had every question answered, that I felt comfortable, and I was made to feel that they were always available to me to talk to answer questions or simply to check in.
You will not find a better doctor or surgeon. He loves what he does and it shows. What could have been an extremely stressful experience was not that at all...it was a pleasure and a joy. His nurses are not only knowledgeable, but I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. It was well worth it and I would do it again!

I had a recent breast augmentation and I am so happy with my results. Dr. Sullivan is a true artist and I know I was a challenging case. I had breast fed four children and he gave me back the breasts I had before children actually even better! This surgery was life changing and I cannot say enough about Dr. Sullivan and his team!

I can not say enough at how satisfied and happy I am after my procedure. Dr. Sullivan and his entire team of office staff are so kind and professional. I am only 19 and had a full breast reconstruction (lift and implants) to correct severe sagging skin after losing more than 100 lbs. The team at Blackstone Surgery Center were also great especially since my Mom couldn't be there for me beforehand and in recovery. His nurse Kim was always available to talk with and reassure me and answer any questions or concerns I had post surgery. It has now been about 10 weeks since surgery and I feel great and would recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone researching a surgeon. He is honestly such a genuinely nice human and skilled Dr. who made me feel like a new person!

I'm concerned that Dr. Sullivan might have gotten too big and has forgotten its' the clients that make us all successful not just our talents. I had two big procedures done within 2 months a little over a year ago. My first procedure was gynecomastia corrective surgery (enlarged male breasts) which went well $15,000. I'm super happy with the shape but the size is still a little bigger than I hoped for but I never complained. Dr. Sullivan and his entire team were fantastic, I've been nothing but happy with them right up until the point I'm at today. 2 months after my first surgery I had an abdominoplasty surgery (tummy tuck) done $17,000, I was also considering liposuction to my flank-hip areas at the same time but at another $11,000 I decided not to. The night of recovery a large hematoma formed in my upper abdomen, the fix was to forcefully push on it every few minutes, very painful. I went home the next morning and throughout the day my blood pressure was very low and my pulse was very high, Dr. Sullivan and I were on the phone multiple times and finally he had me go to the hospital for an emergency surgery. I went back under the knife that night and when it was over Dr. Sullivan told me everything looked good but he was glad he went in anyways. I'm not 100% sure if there really wasn't anything to find because after the emergency surgery my hematoma was gone, my blood pressure was good and my pulse went down. I had two drains which were suppose to come out approximately 7 days after the surgery but ended up staying in much longer which caused me to get a pretty bad infection. I was told upfront that there would be substantial swelling that should go away within 6 months but could last up to a year. Well its a year later and the swelling is gone (at least he says it is, but it sure doesn't look it) the results are not good at all, as a matter of fact I look worse now than before because there's a sharp drop from what looks like swelling or a tummy roll to my scare. I still wasn't upset because I trusted Dr. Sullivan but at my one year appointment he looked at me and said he needed to operate again and he was going to charge me again which surprised me because at the beginning he told me you will pay once from start to finish. When we were talking I decided to have him do the liposuction work while he was doing my abdomen again. I got a phone call a few days later from his coordinator telling me I have to pay another $4,800 for the abdomen and the liposuction will be $16,000, same job he quoted me $11,000 for !!!! I was shocked that after spending $32,000 with him in 2 months that he would do something like that to me. He doesn't take phone calls so I decided to write him an email letting him know I was very dissatisfied, it was a good email, I let him know I still trusted him, I let him know I thought he had a great staff and wasn't blaming anyone for what happen it was just that I didn't think it was right to charge those kind of numbers especially jacking the liposuction up $5,000 and making me pay for the abdominoplasty surgery again. Much to my surprise he didn't even call or email me himself he had his coordinator call me and tell me I should just do the abdomen now and worry about the liposuction down the road and I would have to pay the numbers he quoted, in other words he did nothing at all for me, I couldn't believe he wouldn't even call me personally. Even though I honestly feel I shouldn't have to pay the $4,800 for the abdominoplasty surgery again I would have if he didn't try to make it up by jacking up the liposuction another $5,000 and I probably still would if he did the right thing. We should never forget about our clients because that's all we have !!!!!

Great experience all around. I had a breast augmentation and I am completely satisfied beyond expectations. Dr. Sullivan is a true artist and he will go above and beyond. My results are beyond my wildest dreams. I still can not believe my breast augmentation is behind me and I have a beautiful result that I am thankful for everyday. I am not even three weeks post op!

I wanted to have a breast augmentation for years. After having kids and breastfeeding I just didn’t feel womanly anymore. Looking in the mirror what I saw wasn’t how I felt. I called a few places and set up a few consultations but after meeting with Dr. Sullivan I was ready to dive in. His whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. They addressed any and all concerns I had and were very informative. Dr. Sullivan himself was very honest about sizing and the procedure. He had a great sense of humour and made me feel comfortable and excited about it right away. Even the days after my initial consultation, I called the office back with more questions and Kasey (the receptionist) and Nurse Kim were very patient in answering them and assuring me I was in great hands. The surgery went amazing, I remember waking up in the recovery room and instantly lifting the blanket to see that I had implants. Such a wonderful feeling to finally feel “whole”. My post op appointments went great, Nurse Kim helped me every step of the way. My breasts look natural and perfect, not fake at all, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Now looking in the mirror, how I feel now matches what I see. I’ve recommended Dr. Sullivan to any and everyone who asks where I went. I would 100% recommend Dr. Sullivan for any cosmetic surgery needs!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Sullivan. What started out as simply an inquiry for information ultimately transformed my self-image, self-esteem and overall my life.

I have had asymmetrical breasts since I was probably 13. At first it didn't seem like a big deal to me, until the difference became so noticeable that a family member pointed it out on several occasions (which is enough to make anyone feel self-conscious).

As a 26 year old woman, I knew that I was no longer growing, and would have to face the rest of my life with the issue, which wasn't unbearable, but definitely a nuisance and a large insecurity of mine. Finding bras that fit was always a challenge (one being about a "c" cup, while the other was an "a"), as was buying clothing, knowing I had to always be cognizant of my left breast (the smaller of the two) accidentally poking out of its oversized cup and making an appearance if I bent over.

I was always curious of the "fat-to-breast" transfer method of correction for asymmetry, and constantly looked at before/after photos, surgical recommendations, and the stories of other individuals who had a similar issue like me. I had battled with this insecurity of mine for over 13 years and had done enough research and information to know that if I were to attempt to correct the issue, I would be careful about who I trusted and I would not opt for implants.

My consultation started via email, where I was able to securely forward photos of my problem areas for evaluation, and for an idea of pricing. From there, I scheduled an in-office consultation with Dr. Sullivan. His entire staff greeted me with the utmost respect and kindness, which of course added to my comfortability level at the office. Measurements and more professional photos were taken to more accurately assess my particular situation and to come up with a corrective plan of action. The entire process probably took an hour at most, within which we discussed my options, my concerns and my expectations. I ultimately opted to have fat-breast transfer to both my left (smaller) and right breast, as well as a lift of my right breast to ensure everything looked as symmetrical as possible.

While I was still unsure if I was ready to undertake such a procedure, I knew if I were to move forward with the surgery that this was the perfect atmosphere and Doctor for me to correct my concerns. I put a deposit down, and scheduled for a timely manner.

Again, I dealt with all of the staff at Dr. Sullivan's office, including Kim, during pre-op, who was absolutely phenomenal during the entire process. Just as Dr. Sullivan, Kim made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease with any concerns that I had, with the extra insurance that she was always reachable by phone or email.

The day of surgery, I went to Miriam Hospital, where I was well taken care of by all RN's, PA's, Anesthesiologists, and Doctors up until it was time to go for the actual surgery itself. Upon his arrival, Dr. Sullivan and a resident at the hospital marked me up for the areas requiring reconstruction, as well as the grafting sites from which he would be taking the fat supply for my procedure (in my case, Dr. Sullivan took fat from my inner thighs, lower back area, and from my lower stomach). Once I was looked like a football coach's drawing board, it was on to the OR - Keep in mind, I suffer from extreme anxiety - and the entire time I was in the hands of Dr. Sullivan and his team, I was constantly comforted and at put at ease.

I woke up approximately 3-4 hours later in the recovery room, feeling no worse than an intense gym-workout. I was properly bandaged up, given the medical version of spanx (which covered from the bottom of my thighs to the top of my waist) and foam padding to ensure all areas where fat was grafted from would recover properly and without any lumps/issues.

Recovery time included approximately 6 weeks sans-bra, and the constant wearing of the spanx; however, after about a week, I was able to return to work without any issues. Medication was supplied to ensure I was never too uncomfortable, and over the course of the weeks, I was able to see the bruising die down and the results of the surgery. Not only did Dr. Sullivan correct my breast asymmetry, but by utilizing the fat-breast transfer method, he did his best to sculpt my body into a better shape than it was before!

I am almost a year out from my surgery, and have had multiple checkups in between, all of which have been extremely pleasant. I have very minimal scaring and no lumps/bumps as Dr. Sullivan was amazingly precise when performing his incisions and injections. If I were to do it all again, there is absolutely no question that I would go to and refer Dr. Sullivan and his practice. I couldn’t be happier with the results, which left me much more confident and comfortable with my self-image than I have had been before.

Thank you so much Dr. Sullivan!

Writing this review isn't even going to do Dr. Sullivan and his amazing team any justice! Words just cannot express how kind, compassionate and truly what a gifted man Dr. Sullivan is. I have had not one, not two, but THREE surgeries with him and every single time he left me more impressed than the last. The initial feeling that you get when you come into his office is that you are already part of his "team". Everyone who works for Dr. Sullivan makes you feel like your the only patient he has! He took his time consulting with me on each procedure and went into great detail about what I could expect for results. I feel Dr. Sullivan genuinely wants to help each and every person the best he can.

His nurse Kim is wonderful and helped prepare me for each step of the surgeries as well as taking amazing care of me after each surgery. Her skill set is a direct reflection of Dr. Sullivan. You will not find a surgeon and his team that genuinely cares about YOU and your surgery along with your recovery. If you want natural looking enhancements than Dr. Sullivan and his team, hands down can provide you with that and more. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan and would look no further and go to him. You will not be disappointed!!!!
