This doctor may be knowledgeable but he berated his staff in front of me TWICE! They just stood there looking down like a puppy would do. Maybe this is why his staff have such low rating. Terrible working conditions.

I found dr. Yoursef Anid an excellent Doctor . His staff leaves a lot to be disired. I called for an appointment and was given one the next day. He was interested in what my concerns were and listened .

I fully agree with the poster that said the staff is incompetent. I have been on CPAP since July 2014. My Sleep disorder Dr passed away and I was referred to Dr Anid. The Dr was pleasant and thorough. His staff on the other hand is incompetent and doesn't take patients concerns seriously. I have been fighting with the medical equipment company to send me supplies only to find out that the Dr's staff had been non compliant with the company's request for important information for billing medicare. After 6 weeks of fighting to get my supplies I threw in the towel and will be returning my CPAP tomorrow. I was told that if the faxes the Dr receives do not have URGENT on them the office staff shreds them! The staff has no problem putting the blame on the equipment company. I spent alot of time at the equipment companies office to straighten out the problems. Apria went above and beyond to help me and the dr office will NOT have the dr sign and fax the prescriptions and needed paperwork so that I can get my supplies! This physician is probably clueless what his staff is not doing. He is about to lose a lot of CPAP patients!!! Beware!

Dr Anids staff are rude and incompetent! Lost my previous medical records. Three times gave me the wrong date for CAT Scans and Dr app visits. Then the actually LIED when confronted with their screwed ups! Extremely unprofessional office personnel !

The staff hate their jobs and they let you know it. The dr. is compassionate and kind, but the staff act as if lunch hours are spent being beaten in the parking lot.

The Staff in the spring Hill office is extremely incompetent. You have to harass them to do their job. They blame the insurance companies for things not getting done when it is them that don't do what they are supposed to do. It took many phone calls with the insurance company and them for things to get done. They failed to fax over information for a cpap machine to a medical supply company until I called them several days later. If you are not constantly on top of them nothing get done in a timely manner and all you get are sorry excuses as to why. This should never happen when you are dealing with people's health. Good doctor but incompetent staff that will require many follow up phone calls. Don't believe them when they say they will call you back because they don't.

Very impressed!! Thankful he DID come to fl.. He is very through and leaves no stone unturned, in trying to find the answers to improve your quality of life. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Anid, very highly!!!

The absolute best. So knowledgable, personable, listens to his patients. I had this doc for 7 years when he was in MA. He has now moved to FL. Our loss.
