My kids have had troubel with there ears since they were born i would not go to any other dr he was wonderfull

Having worked with him in the OR and having friends and family as patients of his, Dr. Portugal is an excellent surgeon. He does well with children, but his sense of humor can a bit off color at times.

He told myself that I had a sinus infection. Turned out to be deviated septum and required surgury at active duty hospital on second and third opion.

Went to him in tears because of pain in face and ear. He saw me for 5 min. and told me it was a dental problem to go home and take Advil. What I actually had was shinggles in my sinus and along the nerves in my face and ear.
