The most caring provider I have ever had! I have an uncomon condition and he searched high and low and just for me went to a conference to learn more. He treats me as a worthy human. When I got into an accident my primery told me to go to ER, which I did not need, it was a police matter, just needed documentation of my injuries, Dr Messnard took me in, throughly examined and documented every bruise and tear, and did not charge me for the visit. When my husband lost his job, again, no charge. I have multiple chronic problems and have to see multiple specialists, only Dr Messnard and my GI are true doctors/healers who actually care about you as a whole person. 7es he is not punctual, but it is because he gives each person all the time he/she needs

unreal experience. incompetent in every way. screwed up my meds 3 times because unfamiliar with his computer system at NJ VA, going on 2 yrs. VA needs help and so do I. omg and he is absolutely NOT thorough he's only there once a week if lucky, and has no interest in you.
