Dr Casden did a l4-s1 fusion on me in November 2013, after a year and a half of pain (and trying everything) after a fall. Best decision ever. He’s a master surgeon, and a nice guy to boot. Thanks so much,

Dr. Andrew Casden is an excellent/superior spine surgeon. He gave me back my life! For five months I couldn't sit down or complete the smallest daily functions. After having gone thru epidurals and physical therapy from another physician, I finally made an appointment to see Dr. Casden. He immediately knew what needed to be done. On November 30, 2020, I had spinal fusion
surgery. I have never felt better. From my first stand, I was pain free. I can not thank Dr. Casden enough! He is also very kind, compassionate and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Casden.

Today makes the 10 year anniversary of my thoracic spinal fusion. If I had to make the same decision I did a decade ago, I’d do it without hesitation. A decade in and the pain I once felt is a thing of the past and I cannot thank Dr. Casden enough. His knowledge and expertise is second to none.

Dr. Casden is an excellent spine surgeon. He performed revision surgery on my lower back. Two years prior, a different surgeon operated on me using the XLIF technique. This surgery failed and caused me severe nerve pain, a drop foot and pseudoarthrosis (failure to fuse).

Dr. Casden corrected this surgery and performed a laminectomy, facetectomy, decompression of L4-5, and removal of the cage and hardware from the previous surgery. Not only is he a great surgeon, but he has excellent bedside manner, always providing thorough answers to my questions and concerns. Six months after surgery, I was pain free and playing golf. I am so grateful to Dr. Casden and his staff for this successful surgery! I highly recommend him to anyone with back pain.

Dr Casden is the reasonI can walk a reasonable distance again! Twice in my life I feel he has been a true angel.
I had a serious herniated disc iny neck at age 40 ( I was operated on it twice near my
Home in Pa. The pain iny em ad arm were unbearable I saw at least four doctors at reputable hospitals in Pa all concluded the fusion took and couldn't understand the pain I had down my arm. Dr Casden looked at the same test and expats and immediately concluded the bone wasn't fussed and did an extensive surgery of removing the old fusion and doing a new one, I couldn't believe it but for the first time in years I didn't want my arm cut off. After that experience Realized how important the surgeon was.
during the years my daughter has written Dr Casden emails for other medical advice on my behalf, Dr casden has always replied immediately ,
just recently again I needed S lower back surgery. Believe me the thought of riding home four hours after the surgery was a little dreadful but I would NEVER allow another Dr touch my back'. Dr casden ce through again he had me so numb it was easier going home than going to the hospital. Thanks to Dr casden I am walking a lot again. My three year old granddaughter days it best "Dr casden made Namny be able to
Bend and walk again". When she plays if she isn't doccstuffin she's Dr casden. I truly wish
I didn't love do far away and could get everyone I
Know to go to zee casden a miracle worker.
Again
