Rude to my elderly mother. Perhaps he doesn't like elderly patients .

Dr. Boss was nice my first visit, but after that it was like he didn't even care. He called me in a prescription for antidepressants. We found out I was allergic to it, but when I called to tell him this he never bothered calling me in a different medicine, so now I just don't have any medicine for it. He has not been able to properly diagnose me, nor has he seemed to care to try and he hasn't referred me to a specialist that can. When I call in with a problem instead of suggesting I come in to see him he tells me to go straight to the ER or just "deal with it" he is not at all caring or sympathetic. It's like he doesn't even listen to a patient's problems or symptoms. When you call to speak to him or to a nurse for an issue it can take several weeks to get a return call, if they even bother you calling back at all.. He has misdiagnosed me a couple of times as well and told me to just ignore some symptoms that turned out to be something majorly wrong with me. I have had horrible experience with both the doctor and his staff. I've had to call him after hours before because of a medical question that resulted in me having to be rushed to the ER, but he acted so rude like I was a huge inconvenience for calling him after hours. It was just horrible!

I'd only call Mr. Boss a Doctor only because he finished school being a doctor...otherwise his knowledge of issues and problems does not meet the standards of any doctor I've encountered. I explained my problem and he didnt make me feel better about it, actually made me feel worse. I'm not sure that is the job a doctor should do. Make you feel worse about a condtition that you have had for years and instead of helping, you do nothing! MAJOR FAIL!!!

Dr. Boss was unable to properly diagnose my problem. He offered no help, treatment, or advice. Dr. Boss was not at all thorough.

Wonderful doctor and great staff very friendly and on time most of the time. I have never waited 15 min past an appointment time. Only problem the office does not see anyone under 16

My husband and I are very pleased with Dr. Boss. He has been helpful with our diagnosis and meds. He and his PA are both very knowledgeable in our opinion.

Appaerently out for his own financial gain.Would not listen to my concerns or pay to attention to diagnosis made by other members of his group.
