Awful awful awful doctor. Avoid this man at all costs. He failed to diagnose my bipolar disorder and was very condescending. He interrupted constantly and refused to accept that I didn't find my parents divorce traumatizing. He was a waste of my time and money. Find some one who actually cares.

Dr. Sternberg appears to be personable and helpful, but actually has a condescending demeanor. He is motivated to prescribe drugs, and if you need nothing more than a quick prescription, he'll do just fine. But if your needs go beyond a prescription you'll be wasting both your time and his, and he'll be sure to let you know that he's ready for you to leave.

I was kept waiting for an average of 15 minutes for a 20 minute appt. Kind MD but cursory manner about many of my concerns.

His office must have given him all 5s. Since he has not taken any new patients that I've heard of, he's basically just seeing patients who have been "grandfathered in" for many years. If he's not taking ANY new patients, then how can he be rated?
