The office made an appt. for me then forgot to record it in their schedule. I had to come back 2 hrs later, tying up my whole day. Then, the dentist Wilcox performed sloppy work, failed to properly seat a crown and then tried to blame me for his errors. He was going through some sort of emotional breakdown & was rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this dentist. He needs to get his life together. I will find a more professional office.

Dr. Wilcox had been my dentist for over 15 years. He was the BEST. He was always on top of recent technology and so very good with me and my family. I had nothing but positive feedback from my friends and co workers I sent to him. He retired in January and the office just does not run like it did before. My ratings do not reflect my current evaluation. We miss our dentist. Dr. Wilcox, I wish you the best. I just wish you had not retired!!

The new dentist in the practice recommended a filling for a cavity and repair of an existing overlay. Good deal. May I have a quote and yes, I'll take recommendation from your business office for a pre-decision submission to my insurance company for approval of the procedures. Six months later, after no less than 10 phone calls, I am still waiting for a reply in the positive or negative from the front office of Dr. Wilcox's practice. I will finish this year's insurance commitment and find a new dentist. I am not impressed with the follow up. I do not know if my insurance is too complicated to navigate for these folks as I have not received feedback from them. I gave the knowledge rating a middle of the road because although the doctors are top notch, the staff demonstrated a lack of knowledge and follow through(not sure which?)regarding the intricacies of insurance details.

I really like Jean-Claude Wilcox. He offers great service and his staff is helpful. I have never had any problems when I go to his office and the prices are reasonable.
