Every medical condition I had Dr. Dan was spot on with the cure and he was a great Dr. wish he didn't retire and his staff was great too

Just went here for the first time today and left nearly in tears, because it was the best experience I had ever had at a GP's office. The whole staff was helpful, reassuring, and answered all of my questions with kindness. Dr. Williams listened to me while I vented my frustration about how poorly other practitioners had treated my condition, and was immediately willing to not only explore treatment options but prescribe for me exactly what I wanted to try. His humor and "real"ness put me at ease instantly and he is the first physician I've ever felt has actually heard me and listened to me. He's my fourth GP in three years, and I'll be sticking with him.

I am a 58-year-old man and have gone to Dr. Williams for over ten years. He is factual, direct, and spends the time with you that you need. His manner is sincere and caring. He cares, conversation is both professional relating to health and comfortably personal when acquiring about other aspects of a patient's life. His office staff is terrific. Tracy and Lisa do a great job as do others in his office. They know customer service and help nicely with dumb questions between visits. Several from our office go to Dr. Williams. I asked him how he is able to take same day appointments for those who are ailing and he mentioned they keep 15 appointments open daily for emergencies. I highly recommend Dr. Williams.

First I was misdiagnosed as having a sinus infection when I really had an abcessed tooth as I discovered later when severe pain sent me to the emergency room. Second, I ran out of my the medication that I take every day for depression. The pharmacy placed several requests for refills with NO REPLY. I finally called the doctor and they asked me to come in. I came in but was 20 minutes late to my appointment. The doctor could not see me for another week. When I asked if they could give me an intermediate prescription to cover the time until I could see the doctor. They said no. I explained that I go through severe withdrawals (Zoloft is a dangerous medicine to suddenly stop taking). They said that I was told in January that I needed to make another appointment. That may be true but since January, I have been dealing with my 6 year old son's OCD diagnosis and had forgotten to make the appointment. I sit here tonight going through withdrawal. Don't go here. They are heartless

I've been going to Dr. Williams for 15 years and have always found him to be professional in every aspect. He did have some staffing issues a couple years ago, but he has fixed those.

I have had this doctor since I was a child. Always found him very funny, but sometimes very judgemental about my family, and verbally expressed it in my appointments.

Very judgemental. Did not take condition seriously. Turns out I had a very serious disease. He dismissed it as being "fat and lazy". Not willing to listen to patients concerns. Staff very unpleasant and rude.
