One of worst most traumatic experiences ever. After getting an earwax removal from Dr Steven Gold, I have constant pain in my ear along with chronic debilitating tinnitus where it’s difficult to sleep or function. I asked him to be super gentle but right after he applied pressure which caused discomfort and I had all the issues after. I regret so much going to this doctor. When I even explained the issue to him, he was unsympathetic and dismissive. I need to find a doctor that will actually care for me as his patient and take responsibility for any issues they caused.
Office staff Ann Marie was beyond rude and canceled my appointments because of what seems to be some personal feelings built up after I found her rude and asked to speak to a manager. Beyond unprofessional. This horrific experience traumatized me and makes me scared to visit any healthcare facility. I’m experiencing tremendous emotional distress after this. The whole experience was very disturbing.

I had never visited an ENT before, and I'm so glad that someone had recommended I see Dr. Gold. I learned that the reason I suddenly had trouble breathing through my nose was due to nasal polyps. Through the doctor's advice and guidance, I've opted not to have surgery at this time. I've since taken steps to significantly reduce the size of the polyps, allowing me to breath much easier. I would definitely recommend visiting Dr. Gold.

This doctor is so wonderful to deal with he makes it so easy to see him and is punctual great persona and super knowledgeable!!!! I can’t say enough about how he and his staff conduct the practice of a medical office ....highest possible rating is deserved !!!!

Saw him for yrs for minor issues. Then I developed a chronic left-sided sore throat that wouldn't let up. He kept minimizing my pain & bad taste, but I insisted he order a cat scan which showed a tonsil stone within the left tonsil. He said that tonsil stones do NOT cause pain or sore throats. He told me to take a vacation relax and I would feel better. I kept getting sicker and sicker and my tongue was so white it looked like I had candida. It wasn't until Dr, Scherl prescribed a 3 week course of Amoxicillin explaining that these stones are calcified bacteria harboring in the tonsils. Within a few weeks, numerous stones came out but I could still feel something stuck in my left tonsil. After gargling and poking the left tonsil, a large ugly stone came out and I was finally cured! To keep debris from hardening in the tonsil crypts I brush/gargle with hydrogen peroxide solution after meals. Years of pain and suffering because he refused to consider the obvious that was right there on the scan! Those of you who have unexplained throat pain, even ear pain, PLEASE consider tonsils lodged in your tonsils as a possible cause because most ENTs don't even consider it!

After a year of many sinus infections, Dr Gold diagnosed my chronic sinus problem and suggested an in office sinuplasty procedure. So far this year my sinuses have been clear- no problems- and I have a sense of increased oxygen levels as well! If you have chronic sinus issues- go see Dr. Gold.

Excellent way of doing things in this office , well managed , smiling staff made my day when I wasn't feeling well.

Excellent experience , headache and sinus issues. Came highly recommended by a friend , this office did not disappoint. First experience was amazing from the check in process on line , to the beautiful office itself
A plus staff , professional and certainly know how to greet a patient. Dr Gold is amazing , careful and willing to explain every detail of the examination , I watched him scope me in the room , awake and in a chair , and understand now about my nasal polyps and sinusitis . It is nice to understand your options instead of rushing to surgery. Dr . Gold is calming and easy to talk too .Top it off, questions about my insurance were answered , and I received a wonderful note from the office mgr thanking me for my visit , quite frankly , I thanked get for taking the time to talk to me about my questions and coverage.
I will certainly recommend this physician and his exceptional staff .
