Some of the office staff aren't always polite but that aside Dr.Still is an amazing doctor who takes any issue you talk to her about seriously. I highly recommend this provider.

Office personnel very unhelpful about getting a patient in to see her on same day for severe problem--only allow patient to see "physician's assistant." Of course, they charge the same amount whether you see the "real" doctor or the physician's asst. Office personnel is protective of doctor to the extreme and unhelpful, even if the doctor has an opening that day. The doctor once told me to yell at the personnel if I really needed to see her that day! Seems to me that this is the practice's standard procedure. I changed doctors after this happened a few times. What's the point of having a doc who won't see you when you really need them?

very difficult to get return phone call; didn't appear to listen to chief complaint; practive seemed focused on cosmetic procedures

Have been a patient of Dr. Still's for over 10 years. Only have had one or two "bad" experiences...but that was because of office staff, not Dr. Still. Highly recommend.
