I received a botched facelift from Nassif and then he was dishonest about it. First he cut my sideburn hair off. He lied and told me it was because I had so much skin. I found out later that competent surgeons cut outside of and never inside the sideburn so that the hairline is preserved. He also left me with BOTH deformed ears and pixie earlobes. When I saw him 3 years post op he still didn't mention either of these botches he did to my face. Instead he offered a revision jawline lift at the full cost of $8,130.80 which was higher than the cost of the facelift. I declined this and went to another surgeon to get the ridiculous pointed triangle earlobes fixed. I still had to continue living with the ear deformity trying to hide it with what little hair I have left to cover my ears.
In my medical records Nassif wrote that his surgery caused pixie ear deformities on the same date he had proposed the full cost jawline revision. He knew about these botches the whole time and never ever told me! He just hustled me for another costly and unrelated procedure. He has since lied again and told me pixie may recur during the healing process. This is at odds with his own website where he states pixie ear is a misjudgment of the original surgeon. A facelift should NEVER result in hair grafts OR any ear deformities! His mistakes have been devastating and have cost a fortune to fix.

I highly recommend him if you want your nose changed for the better.I waited many many years to improve my nose and I'm glad I did. Seeing all the disasters on the TV series "botched" that Dr Nassif skillfully remedies ,I know this was the doctor for me. He is an artist/plastic surgeon . It has been 1 year since my surgery and I am pleased and so was Dr Nassif.

What a wonderful Doctor I would recommend him to anyone thinking about plastic surgery. He listened to me, answered all my questions in a language I could understand, and made me feel comfortable and important throughout the whole process. What really impressed me was Dr. Nassif took the time to come and sit and talk with me before the operation. Making sure we were on the same page with what I wanted , and what he could accomplish for me. That made my anxiety dissapear I had a revision rhinoplasty and my results are better than I could have imagined.Breathing is effortless, and my nose is beautiful. Post op is going great as well He was a blessing to me, as I had problems with my nose for 38 years.. Thank you to the best Doctor .

I was having a lot of discomfort and trouble breathing prior to the operation. This was not a quick decision to make, but once I decided to move forward I never looked back. The operation was efficient and the recovery was pretty easy. My breathing is no longer an issue, and I am far more comfortable each and every day. This kind of surgery takes a long time to fully show results, as that is part of the healing process, but each step of the way has been easy and I am glad I moved forward with the procedure.
Dr. Nassif is accommodating, friendly, and easy to talk to. He was great to me throughout the entire process. He was able to answer every question and made me feel very comfortable. He has been incredibly kind at every follow up appointment, and I always look forward to seeing him. He is extremely knowledgeable about his work and is careful in helping each patient to fully understand the process.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Nassif and his team. A bad car accident left me needing reconstructive surgery ; after 18 months of researching doctors, I met with Dr. Nassif, and looked no further.
He explained every detail of the damage to my nose, what was needed to fix it, what recovery would be like and my realistic outcome. No other doctor showed me a step-by-step of what to expect.
Dr. Nassif put me at ease, answered all of my questions, and never once pressured me to make a decision.
My surgery was just over a year ago and I'm getting better everyday. My breathing is perfect, and best of all....even my closest of friends can't tell I had surgery. He "fixed" me with out changing me.
Dr. Nassif is, by far, the best. I cannot not thank him enough.

We had Dr. Paul Nassif for a septoplasty for a deviated septum and were exceedingly pleased with the results (better than we could've hoped for) as well as the care and attention that was taken along the way. Breathing is 90% better so far (it comes slowly over time as swelling decreases). There was zero pain post-op, just discomfort, and that was manageable. And we felt the most safe at their surgery center, which is a hospital-grade, top-notch facility (full resuscitation equipment, etc)--in fact, they said other doctors come to use it instead of Cedars!!
You can tell Dr. Nassif is a perfectionist which is absolutely what you want in a surgeon.
Overall, if you want the best, it's Dr. Paul Nassif!! There's a reason everyone goes to him.

Dr. Paul Nassif is an amazing plastic surgeon. I had a mid facelift and after a month, I'm healed and I feel great. I had no complications and I didn't take anything but Tylenol the whole time. I always felt comfortable with his staff and everyone was A-list. Dr. Nassif always makes you feel very comfortable. He is very detailed in explaining exactly what the procedure entails. I was motivated to finally have my revision rhino for my own confidence, my breathing and for my families sake to see if it would help my sinus headaches. i had my nose broken several times growing up, and had a rhinoplasty surgery which actually left my nose more crooked, and not looking good at all. i was botched by the original surgeon, but Dr Nassif rescued me from my nightmare and fixed everything! He and his staff are professional, caring, and incredibly efficient. I had an amazing experience with Dr Nassif and would happily recommend him to anyone!
