EVERY time you go even WITH an appointment, there is at LEAST a one to two HOUR wait! I had an appointment today an hour and minutes ago and have STILL not been seen. They tell you not a long wait, but it's EVERY time you come and then you wait and wait,SO frustrating ESPECIALLY when obviously you are there because you are ill! They are not compassionate and it's about getting patients in for payment than for their concern or care!NOT what you'd want or from your personal physician!

The 2 doctors are excellent providers. However, waiting time is a problem and is too long. It doesn't make sense to make an appointment at this office. You have to go with the flow and wait as long as it takes.

We left our last doctor because the wait was long and he would only spend a few moments with him, he wouldnt address all the questions and problems. we were recommended to see Dr. Naghavi for a second opinion on a medical problem, after waiting about 25 minutes we were met with a series of questions and an extensive interview by the doctor and him reviewing the information we brought from our previous doctor, he recommended a series of blood work and some tests and a week later we had a list of problems that we were not even aware of, and a very precise game plan as to what we were to do in treatment, he then send us to a sureon and an oncologist. Today marked the 10th anniversary of our visit to Dr Naghavi, and we are still following his advice as closely as we can and very happy about it.

Dr,Naghavi is extremely thorough and professional.We started to go to him when our former m.d. became ill and joined his practice with Dr, naghavi, We were very impressed with his caring and knowledge. He believes in and stresses preventive medicine. He does several tests including a complete blood work to establish a baseline of your overall health and includes vitamins in you daily routine. We also recommended him to our son and daughter in law when they were seeking to change their doctor. They too were impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.

My family had started seeing Dr. Naghavi when our old doctor had retired and recommended him. He was great when we first started seeing him but in the past two years his office has drastically changed and it seems as though he has turned his focus to his business instead of his patients. When you finally get into see Dr. Naghavi he will tell you that you need a chest x-ray, 10 viles of blood taken, and a night at the sleep center. This is most likely because he owns a chest x-ray machine, the blood center, and the sleep center.He has diagnosed 4 people in my family with sleep apnea.My father who has had many heart problems recently saw a new doctor and the doctor said that more than half of the medicine he was taking was unneccessary. He has since stopped taking the meds (and using the sleep mask) and is doing dramatically better. My family has switched doctors and we are much happier (and maybe even healthier).

He focuses mainly on sleep apnea no matter what your ailment, as he owns the sleep center. We have undergone many unneeded tests. He wanted to send my 18 year old for a mammogram with no reason. He requires 9-10 viles of blood taken for annual checkup (most other doctor require only a few). With all the blood taken, he doesn't offer anymore info than any other doctor. He didn't do a PSA test on my husband at 50, and when we went to another doctor, we found out he had aggressive prostate cancer-Naghavi missed. Many recommendations he made for specialists have missed diagnosed health related issues. We found our own specialists. His usual wait time in the past was adequate. Now he triple and quadruple overbooks with mostly a 1-2 hour wait. When asked, the staff tells you there is a short wait. Staff turnover is tremendous. When we first went to him he seemed very thorough. Now his office is strictly business and not what you would want in a health professional
