Wait time was 1-5 hours after appointment time. Couldn't schedule urgent appointments, was told to go to the ER. Nurses wouldn't provide any information. Staff wouldn't relay messages, even when a serious mistake was made with a prescription. Horrible experience with the doctor and the PA.
