This "Doctor" use to be in Winston-Salem and King,N.C. He left town with all records without any notice, just went to the office one day for appt. and poof, no Dr. no staff, no furniture, no explanation even on the door. The tests and records he had taken had to be repeated, at OUR cost since insurance would not pay again. Over $2.000.00 worth. WATCH HIM!!!

He is dumb as a rock and need his liscense taken away from him because he knows nothing and says everything is over his head to let the specialist take care of it. he dosen't do any bloodwork only weight and blood pressure.

if you are looking for a quick visit this is the place to go,but he doesn't help or communicate well with patients. all he cares about is getting money,and seeing as many people as possible in a day
