I have seen Dr. Prodromou for over 15 years. He's the best doctor I've seen and I'm 60 years old now. He listens, researches, has great follow up and sincerely cares about my health. I hope I never have to select another doctor.

Scheduled a Routine Physical, although Dr. Prodromou submitted diagnosis codes with the claim for minor health issues that are typically mentioned during physicals. I told him I saw a TMJ specialist last year and wanted a referral to PAMF's ENT specialist and he charged $524.69 as a TMJ diagnosis. I also mentioned that I've always struggled to breathe through my nose my entire life so that's another reason why I wanted to see an ENT specialist. He charged $477.90 for allergic rhinitis. I also mentioned that I've been taking fiber pills and asked for a recommendation on fiber pills that don't cause bloating and he charged $564 for constipation diagnosis. And lastly, I mentioned that I still urinate frequently which he was aware of from years past and I asked if it could be a symptom of diabetes which runs in my family and he charged $788.41 to prescribe me oxybutin which didn't even work. Based on these charges, I had to pay $294 when a routine physical is supposed to be covered 100%.

Exceptionally caring and very knowledgeable doctor. He takes time to listen to you and makes you feel and genuinely takes interest in your issues and provides care and treatment. My mom who is a senior always want me to take to him - she says that she feels like he is another son of hers. Dr Prodromou is always prompt in responding to your emails or calls - most of the time within hours. I had situations where he responded to my mail even late at night - something he didn't have to but he does. Truly caring doctor and genuinely a good human being

Dr. Prodromou is all the things a Primary Care Physician is supposed to be: he listens to what I have to say, takes appropriate action, and is never brusque or dismissive. One time I was being a bit of a hypochondriac, but he took what was useful from what I told him, and politely worked around the rest. Also, his follow-up to email messages is exceptional-- I have no idea where he finds the time. His office is a fair drive from where I live, but if I need to see a doctor, he's the one I want to see first.

One of the best PCP I have had - very attentive, spends time, listens to you and very knowledgeable. My mom who is 73 also loves going to him for the genuine care and attention he gives coupled with the knowledge and treatment he provides.

Dr. Prodromou is simply the best I've seen! After years of dealing with incompetent clowns in Santa Cruz County, I am finally able to receive excellent health care. I highly recommend Dr. P.

In addition to his competence and professionalism, I found Dr.Prodromou to be very compassionate and understanding. He goes above and beyond what might be expected from your average doctor. The same goes for his staff, especially his assistant Kristine. Kudos. RL
