Dr. Lee has been my doctor since I came to TN. She is a wonderful doctor and has always taken her time to listen to her patients. At time the wait was longer but she was always worth the wait. I have followed her from Cordova to Lakeland and will follow her if she starts a practice again in a new location. Please someone let us know where she went. I am not traveling to Arlington to see some new doctor but would if it was for her. She is the GREATEST.

Dr. Lee has left and all her patients are redirected to a different physician in Arlington. Which is fine with me, I was wanting to make a change. Her staff was either rude or flighty, and all six of my appts were unbelievably long. 2-3 hours every single time! It was crazy!

Dr. Marsha Lee is a wonderful physician with great bedside manner. Nurses are also great. Receptionist, who answers the phone (so is ones initial contact) is hostile AND rude. I really think Dr. Lee does not know this....

The doctor is nice enough, but the ladies at the front desk are always very rude and short. If it wasn't convenient, I would never come b/c of having to deal with the terrible receptionists.

Dr. Marsha Lee is a great physician and I trust her dearly. She is very patient and caring. She actually follows up with me and cares about me as a person. As long as she is this area I will follow her whereever she goes.

Doctor Lee was somewhat knowledgable and seemed to try to assist me.There is sadly a lack of good communication between her and her staff. One Nurse was extremely nice while the other rude. My biggest gripe as a customer with NO insurance was being charge twice as much as my normal doctor then getting 2 lab bills making my 2 visits which included me waiting 45+ min past my appointments getting my blood pressure checked, heart rate and weight, with one blood test and urine test for a total of almost $400 then getting billed separately for the same tests again from they're lab for an additional $300. Receptionist is hostile and argumentative. Worst Experience in ANY medicalcare facility in my 43yrs in healthcare.

So glad Dr. Lee left Family Physician Group. The wait time there was insane and the employees at the front desk were uncaring, impersonal and rude. I have seen Dr. Lee for many years, so obviously I like her alot. Her nurse is great! The person at the front desk is just okay.

Dr. Lee is one of the best doctors in the city. I am glad she left family physicians,that office was rude. the new office in lakeland is better, staff is nice, and she takes time to listen to me. I am glad I followed her to lakeland. She did not fit at family physicians, and always had a long wait time. at her new office, she is on time and so much happier

Marsha Lee is a very knowledgeable doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. She is caring and kind. She has always treated me with respect, and listened to me. My husband and I trusted her very much. She was the only doctor who found my thyroid problem and greatly improved my quality of life with her treatment. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful. The wait time is usually long, but I would wait any amount time for her. I am sad we no longer live in Memphis, I can't find a doctor like her, and with the soon to be changes in healthcare, I bet I never will again.
