I was attended to by Dr. Moore the afternoon after being admitted for chest pain to Oakhill Hospital and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and thorough in my initial evaluation. He mentioned that I should undergo a follow up visit with him and have another nuclear stress and echocardiogram at his office and that his staff would be calling me soon to schedule that appointment. I was discharged on Thursday and did not get a call the next day or by Monday the following week. I called them and was told they would call me back with scheduling. However by Tuesday still did not hear from them so went to the clinic to ask about the appointment. At that of visiting clinic I felt the front office staff were very discourteous and impersonal toward me and then proceeded to point out to me that I was mistaken about having any procedures done. Apparently the staff at the front desk were informed that all he wanted to do was a follow-up appointment in 5 weeks. After considering the attitude of the staff and having the same discourteous attitude when I called to cancel after two weeks I am happy that I decided to see another cardiologist in the community whose staff are very polite and attentive.

This is the worst Dr I have ever encountered. He is rude, mean and walks away while you're talking to him leaving you with no help our answers. I have never felt so disrespected or confused while in a hospital bed. I hope to never see that man again and he should not be allowed to practice medicine on ants!!!

He listens to his patients and has an excellent bedside manner. You never feel like he is rushing you out the door.

Great personality. Made me feel very comfortable. Amazing in his bed-side manner and exceptional in his field of practice. Highly recommended to any person seeking cardiological care.
