I was referred to this doctor after suffering severe abdominal pain, near-constant vaginal bleeding, and severe anemia. It took months to see him, and when I finally did he dismissed me and laughed about it with a resident doctor. When I asked if I could have a record of the appointment to bring back to my referring physician, he tapped his computer screen and said "you want what's inside here?" and told me I'd need to file a freedom of information and privacy claim to obtain any records. I'm a resident of Quebec without a family doctor and fought for years for a transvaginal ultrasound and MRI. After finally succeeding, I now know I have stage 4 endometriosis and am currently being screened for pelvic and abdominal cancer. I am investigating how to make a medical malpractice claim against this doctor.

I came in with severe pelvic pain after being shifted around from doctor to doctor for 9 months meanwhile in agony and with debilitating symptoms. Dr Mansour made me feel better when I was crying trying to explain what I had been going through. He right away took everything very seriously and was very confident about what the next steps for me should be. This was the first time someone made me feel secure and like they really cared about finding what is wrong with me. Thank you so much it meant a lot to our family the steps you have taken to help us.

Dr Mansour did my emergency C section. Although it was a challenging surgery because I was in labor for 24h, he did an amazing job and I recovered very fast!

Terrible bedside manner, insulting, made jokes about me being infertile with a resident doctor in the room. When I asked for documentation of my appointment to bring back to my GP he tapped the computer screen and asked "you want what's inside the computer?" When I said yes, he said I would have to fill out a Freedom of Information and Privacy Request. I'm shocked he has a 4-star review.

I had a total hysterectomy with Dr.Mansour last year. He did not properly inform me of some of the long term effects of the procedure and coherced me into having a total hysterectomy even though I requested a partial hysterectomy on multiple occasions. The procedure was performed well and I had no complications. But I am devastated with the life changing effects of the procedure.

Dr Mansour performed my total laparascopic hysterecomy and salpingectomy almost one month ago (august 23). I had not met him prior to the surgery as I was under the care of another doctor but needed urgent surgery and Dr Mansour thankfully had a last minute cancellation the day before. He was very kind pre- and post-op and the surgery went well. Also, Dr Krishnamurthy (on his team) was very helpful a few days later when I was having issues with my pain medication. Everything is looking good so far recovery-wise, I'm very happy with my care. Thank you Dr Mansour!
