I absolutely LOVE Pena Eye and Dr. Pena! I had lasik last month and I feel like I have a new set of eyes. He was very understanding and patient when I asked about a million questions and so was his staff. They are truly awesome. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!!

I had Lasik last year with Dr. Pena and I wish I had done it sooner. I wore glasses/contacts basically my whole life, I'm now 29. I was seeing better almost instantly and now I'm doing awesome. He is a great doctor and I really liked that my family could watch the procedure in the living room area they have set up! Highly recommend!

Staff: was helpful, patient and kind during all steps from the consultation to post-op check up. Dr. Pena: Although I was administered an anti-anxiety pill prior to the operation, I still was terrified during the procedure.Dr Pena was very kind,understanding and patient with me even when we had to stop mid-procedure due to my anxiety. He talked to me throughout the procedure and really helped calm my nerves. I was amazed the next morning when I woke up and was able to see perfectly without the assistance of glasses or contacts that I had been wearing for years! I would recommend those who are seeking lasik surgery to have a consultation (which is FREE) with Dr. Pena.

I had Lasik surgery 4 yrs ago and wish I had done it sooner! Love the place and staff and Dr. Pena is great! The wait is a little long sometimes but I couldn't be happier with the results. Two thumbs up!

I had intralasik eye surgery. everything was well then i started to see blurry on my right eye. i tell him at every check up and he wont do anything about it. also the wait in the waiting room is about three hours. so much for the one year warranty which is ****. i don't recommend him to anyone.

He did catarac surgery placing Rezoom in one eye and Restore lens in the other. Very happy with being able to see close, computer and far away. Had to pay $5,000 above Medicare for new lenses but am happy I made the decision.

He damaged the eye durin catact surgery creating a hole which had to be sutured. The eye is permenantly dialated. He had to be threatened with HIPPA to release the medical records to the patient. The medical records are not complete according to an attorney. Attorneys say the patient has a case yet five attorneys have refused to take the case. The patient can not find an attorney in Southern Texas hat will take on Pena. I stand by every word I have typed.
