Knows his field and knowledge of patient update condition

On a recent visit I checked in and found out that the dr was running behind so they told me to leave and come back. I came back a little over an hour later and wasn''t seen for 2 hrs after that. While waiting other patients came in stating they had appointments at the same time as I did...obviously he double books his times. Not sure that anyone is worth a 3 hr wait.
