Concur with the other two assessments. Very caring doctor.Staff could be a bit stronger.

Dr. Robinson Papp is clearly the most thorough and knowledgeable of three-five neurologists I have seen - and from moment one she's in whatever it is with you for the long run. She deals with normal and rare conditions (mine is rare in someone of my age, so everyone else simply blew me off). She knows so much and doesn't withold the information from you like in the typical holier than though relationship. Maria, her secretary, is similarly wonderful. She knows how to work the system to get you what you need, and is willing to do it. All you have to do is say your name and she knows exactly why you're calling or why Dr. Robinson Papp was calling you. And she is terribly terribly sweet. Having worked in a job where I had her position, I hated patients who knew my first name and expected me to know why they were calling. But Maria is the rare compassionate sole who does such a wonderful job if it - and as a patient, it makes my life so much easier.

AFTER GOING TO SEVERAL NEUROLOGISTS AND BEING IN A COUPLE OF ER ROOMS MY SON WAS FORTUNATE TO COME ACCROSS DR ROBINSON-PAPP WHO ON THE 1ST VISIT DIAGNOSED HIS VERY RARE HEADACHE AND RELIEVED HIM IMMEDIATELY OF THE EXCRUIATING PAIN THAT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE DRIVEN HIM TO SUCIDE THE PAIN WAS SO INTENSE
