As a retired physician would rate Dr Zack with five stars. Excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant mohs surgeon!!! She has given me a sense of security every time I've had to have mohs surgery with her. I'm greeted by her staff on a first name basis as well as other patients in the waiting room are. Her staff has a way of making you feel right at home. I strongly recommend her to anyoneelooking for a dermatologist in the Naples area.

Waited almost an our in the waiting room after being called to arrive earlier. Amber at the front desk is rude and very unprofessional. Smacking gum and talking about patients very loudly. I complained to Office Supervisor. Almost walked out then but was talked in to remainng that the Dr. is very good. Then after half hour was bought to an operatory only to have the MA ask me what I was there for. I told her didn't you know. She said she didn't look at computer yet. And that it would be another ten to fifteen minutes because the DR. was in a closure. I said forget it I am out of here. I would not recommend my worst enemy here.

The doctor was nice enough and her work was OK. But the office staff is un-reachable. No one answers the phone. You are told to leave a message and will be called back. I waited a week, called again, waited another week, and called a third time. No one ever called back. I gave up. It doesn't matter how good a doctor is if a patient can't reach the office.

Horrible horrible experience. She operated on my nose and it is still numb, with a lump. I found out later it had happened to someone else that I knew. She took no responsibility for her bad work. After my insurance had paid I refused to pay the remaining bill because I had to go to other doctor to correct what she had done. She turned me into a bill collection agency and they told me they would ruin my credit if I didn't pay her bill.

Dr. Zack couldn't have been more professional and caring to my husband while performing the MOHS surgery on his ear. She then performed a skin graft and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Dr. Zack.

Patient beware. Heartless and absolutely no bedside manner. My son went for moles to be removed. Oh she removed them all right but is left with horrible scars. He was better off with the moles.
