didn't bother to tell me they weren't taking anymore patients with chronic conditions UNTIL after I scheduled an appt, and waited over an hour to see the doctor. They let walk ins go in before me. I wasted two hours out of my day only to be sent away with stroke level blood pressure. The nurse was very rude and smug. I use to love Dr. Lowry but he has changed, I suggest he retrain his staff to communicate better so they won't waste a sick person's time. They could have told me over the phone they weren't accepting anymore patients with chronic conditions but instead waited until I got there only to sit for over an hour in a HOT waiting room. I'll never use them or recommend them again;

Dr Lowry goes above and beyond helping his patients ! He will spend as much quality time as possible with them. I was just at his Clinic this week. I asked many questions about my knee pain and then began to ask questions about my headaches he didn't rush me or try to hurry me. He let me talk ! He then sent in his nurse to tell me everything I'm to do! And oh, is he thorough!!! The list is long!!

This is an amazing Doctor with an amazing staff! They've had some up's and down's due to the death Dr. Lowry's father. I know there were several times I was unable to get in due to family issues. They seem to have everything together and I have been able to get in and see Dr Lowry every time. He is a wonderful Doctor, brilliant man and I wish he'd been my Doctor all my life.

I must say that Dr. Lowery is the only Dr. I have EVER been to that you can tell actually really is concerned about his patients and their health. He takes his time with you and answers all questions you have. He is very thorough and also does bloodwork and X-rays right in his clinic to keep you from added hospital of going to lab or imaging center. All of the staff has treated me well and been very helpful in which I have always been polite to them also. Dr Lowery has referred me to several Drs. And made the appointments for me as needed. Ive had to wait sometimes to see him but it's well worth it and I know it's bc he takes his time and I know others have had to wait because he's taking his time with me. I highly recommend him to any and everyone! He's a very caring man and you don't see that in doctors anymore. Kristy Dye

This staff is without doubt the most dysfunctional group of people I have ever seen. They screw up paperwork, they screw up appointments, waste your time, and in general fail completely to provide follow-up care of any degree. And when you catch them messing up, their first response is to attempt to blame it on you. The Doctor, while a decent person, has completely lost control of his clinic which is being ruined by his staff. You will seldom see the Doctor, which in my opinion, is why his clinic is so dysfunctional, and I even wonder if he is aware of how badly his staff operates. I do not suggest that you use this clinic, and from now on, my family won't be back there. We've had enough of his staffs nonsense and incompetence.

I have seen Doctor Lowry many times and he the best doctor the is ... I am a self-pay patient and his rates are reasonable and I have never felt like he over-charged me. His staff has never been rude to me or to any of my friends or family. I am not sure what the reviews are talking about his wife if she works there I have never seen her or didn't know which employee she was. Dr Lowry is a super doctor and extremely intelligent I recommend him to any and everyone.
