If you care about your health DO NOT GO TO DR CISNEROS OFFICE!! Find another office that will actually care about your health and not charge you an insane amount of money for services and never hear back from their office. Their staff is also extremely rude so proceed with caution. Please take my advice and find another doctor

I was a patient At Cisneros for years. I did have a few things to upset me, going there over the years, however, i kept going back there - i really like her, to me shes always been nice and understanding! The issue for me is her office admin staff! during my pregnancy i was asked for $100 a visit, so i wont have to wait till after the delivery of my babies and a huge bill for my deductible. I did end up in the hospital on bed rest, which took care of my maximum out of pocket for the year $5500 ! The money i have given to the Dr's office were supposed to be refunded to me.. NOT! Somehow they managed to "bill" me things insurance "didn't cover", plus wrongly billed an invalid insurance on file for my very LAST visit, which allowed them to keep $300 from my "refundable" cash of $600 Their excuse on that was" now its too late to bill insurance, because there is a time limit on billing them" This was all a cheap trick to keep the money! i have not received a refund and my boys are almost 2

The front desk girl, OB nurse and Dr. Cisneros are all very, very nice people. However, my issue came about when I was not receiving confirmation calls, or any call backs from anyone. When I began bleeding after intercourse in my 16th week of pregnancy i tried to call in for an appointment to be checked up, the nurse wouldn't call me back and it took me 2x to get a hold of her, to which she was rude when answering my questions and concerns and refused me an appointment. Then, when I was trying to switch doctors offices, I needed a refund of about $400 and the office manager was completely unprofessional. I tried leaving her messages and she would never call me back and I had to physically go in to speak with her. When I finally spoke with her, she assured me that they would call me back for my refund and 2 months later I had to call THEM and she said they had it and she would call me Friday to pick it up. It's now Tuesday and yet again, still NO call. Very unprofessional practice.

Highly recommend. Very professional, very understanding, caring, and most of all completely competent and capable with a very welcoming personal touch. Front office staff are all amazing too. Oh and bilingual! I give a 10/10 and A+. I don't know if the office staff has changed or something, some of the other reviews are stating the opposite but every-time I called and or was in office, I found the staff to be very warm, respectful, and deserving of a raise for how kind they were.

Staff Was VERY RUDE. Secretary is joke and the doctors sister is a nurse and is very , very, rude. Needed records sent to new doctor in a timely manner and this was to much for them to achive!!! The other doctor there is a JOKE!!! AVOID !

First, this is not about the actual doctor it's about the lady at at the front desk, Sonya. Sonya is completely unhelpful and non compassionate. I have no insurance so i had to give a deposit just to make an appointment. I miscarried a few days before my scheduled appointment and called to tell them I no longer needed their services. Sonya had zero compassion and when I asked about refunding my deposit ( which she specifically said was REFUNDABLE when I made the appointment) she began to tell me that it was non refundable. I asked to speak to her superior and she rudely said they were busy. When I said I'd call back she said "fine" and hung up. When I become pregnant again I will make sure to stay far away from this this place. I lost 40 dollars on a phone call to make an appointment. What a terrible business they're running. She should be fired.

She was the best doctor i have ever had. The staff was so nice. She delivered my 2nd baby and I plan on going back!!! I do recommend this doctor. Infact i just gave her info to one of my friends thats due in November!

She has delivered two of my children. She's always happy. Friendly staff who have also been there for years. She always takes her time with her patients. So sometimes having to wait I understand. I hate when drs think u know what they do and rush u to get to the next. How u feel matters to Rosa and that's important.

This doctor should be reported for accepting too many clients. Wait times in the office can be over an hour and a simple procedure will take MONTHS to book. I have been waiting over five days just for a script refill and they are not calling the pharmacists back. It's PURE GREED that they are still accepting new patients but can't properly respond to their existing ones. I don't normally write reviews - but this practice is so far out of whack that I thought it was my obligation to warn others.
